Bringing new techniques, ideas and ingredients into one of the world’s greatest and oldest dishes, Maison Bab in Covent Garden, London will transform you’re concept of what a kebab is. The idea was to bring some of the principles of fine dining into the kebab, and in doing so, make something brand new. This meant channeling world class produce and some unusual techniques into the cookery, resulting in the fine dining flagship concept restaurant, Kebab Queen.

The exclusive private dining room found in the basement below the main restaurant offers an intimate Chef’s Table experience where every meal is a unique journey. Diners sit around a very special counter made of dekton, which is completely non-porous and impervious to scratches – and heated, meaning each course is served directly on the counter with diners encouraged to not use cutlery! Using your hands provides a not so formal, fun and more traditional method of experiencing the fine delights offered.

To compliment this unique style of dining, wine flights are offered courtesy of a WineEmotion 8-bottle dual temperature Otto wine dispenser, ensuring for each course a superbly matched and perfectly served wine sample is provided to enhance the culinary delights on offer.
