The software was developed to accept integrations by third parties. The database is open and available for any type of SQL search or integration. The system also has a fully integrated and highly efficient biometric recognition facility. WineIDEA takes customer relationship management to a new level by providing a robust stream of marketing analytics data, and the freedom to reach customers with a suite of remote e-commerce engagement tools.
WineIdea™ Software is designed to control, monitor, and manage every aspect of your wine business, including staff management, sales reporting, and Wine Card operations.
The software is made available in four versions, to meet any needs: Basic, Easy Ready, Revolution and Revolution Multi.
Designed for small installations, this standalone software does not require data records relating to wine consumption. The software enables the creation of wine cards with graduated amounts for the activation of dispensing actions. It can also be used to make special wine cards of assignation (stating the name, vintage, size of bottle, quantities and prices) for attributing wines to the dispenser.
Designed for small and medium installations, this professional client-server software (a single Shop can be activated) permits the connection of no more than 2 positions (one of which acts as server) for managing a maximum number of dispensers, which depends on the power of the PC available, and for managing the cards and operations associated with wine tasting. One or more computers are required with Windows 7 or Windows 8. “WineIDEA” Pos Ready also has a MYSQL database which holds all the information on management of the wines. There is also a useful integrated system backup function and an update download facility.
Designed for medium to large installations, this professional client-server software (a single Shop can be activated) permits the connection of an unlimited number of positions and a dedicated server, included in supply or installed directly on the client’s server platform, for managing a maximum number of dispensers which depends on the power of the server available, and for managing the cards and operations associated with wine tasting. A Windows Server and one or more POS computers are required with with Windows 7 or Windows 8. “WineIDEA Revolution” also has a MYSQL database which holds all the information on the management of the wines. There is also a useful integrated system backup function and an update download facility.
